Take all the needed ingredients.

In a mixer, grind green chilli,garlic gloves and pepper.

Add grated coconut, cumin, sesame seeds, grind again.

Add sliced cucumber and coriander leaves, grind to a smooth paste.

Add curd and pulse briefly to combine.

Transfer to a bowl, add 1 to 2 cup water, and salt to taste. Mix well.

For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves.

Pour the seasoning over the cucumber-curd mixture and mix.

Serve immediately. No need to chill.
