No idea why but some children dont like peas - one of my favourite Veg. I find many ways to "hide" in their food but this one is a family favourite. Also can be used to "Dress" a plate and looks amazing with bright green Colour. ENJOY :P

Ingredients

4 minutes
  1. 150 GrFrozen Peas
  2. 25 GrSalted Butter
  3. 20-30Fresh Mint leaves
  4. Good pinch Salt and Black Pepper
  5. 2-6 TbspWater to thin the mixture

  1. 1

    Defrost the peas then add butter and heat on medium in microwave for 2 mins. Add everything else (apart from water) then blitz with a stand mixer or blender.

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
