Prepare gelatin
In a small bowl, add gelatin + warm water. mix well and let it bloom for 5 minutes. then gently heat until fully dissolved (do not boil). - 2
Make mango mixture
In a bowl, mix mango puree + condensed milk until smooth. - 3
Add gelatin
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the mango mixture and mix well. - 4
Whip cream
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form - 5
Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until smooth and fluffy. - 6
Layer (optional)
Place lady fingers at the bottom of serving glasses or tray.
Tips
Use ripe sweet mangoes for best flavor
You can skip lady fingers for a lighter mousse
Chill the bowl before whipping cream for better texture
