Pakistani Street Style Tawa Chicken:

Wash and dry all chicken well.
Place all chicken in mixing bowl then add all marination ingredients in bowl mix and coat well all chicken. keep in refrigerator for 5-10 mins. - 2
Heat the oil in a skillet/tawa over medium high heat and when it starts shimmering add in the ginger-garlic paste and stir to combine.

After stirring for a few second add in all the marinated chicken and sauté for 2-3 mins so that the spices bloom.

Stir in the tomato paste and the tomato slices and continue sauté for 4-5 mins till the oil separates out.
Splash some water and stir to combine season with salt if needed. - 5
Cook uncovered till the chicken is fully cooked and most of the moisture is absorbed, about 5-7 mins. Turn the heat off.
Add in thinly sliced red onion & jalapeños (seeds removed if you prefer less heat). Garnish with chopped coriander /cilantro, lemon juice and serve hot with side of rotis or naan.
