Take all ingredients.take rice flour add in it milk,ghee and 3/4 cup water and prepare batter for ghavan.

Take pan grease oil on it and then make ghavan like below cover lid on it after 2/3 minutes take out lid and take out ghavan and cook on other side for 1 minute.ghavan is ready to served

Take one pan add ghee after heated add cut green chilies tossed it add salt and make stumble egg.cook it for 2 minutes.

Served ghavan with stumbled egg. it' s delicious.
