Healthy Moong Dal Mini Pizza

In mixer pot add soak moong dal, ginger, garlic, carom seeds, curry leaves and blend smooth. Add salt and mix it.

Now heat a pan. Grease it with oil. Pour the mixture of moong dal over the pan. Flip it when one side is done.

Now spread tomato sauce over it and add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum. Put lid on it and cook. When it cooks properly then sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, add cheese pieces over it and put lid till cheese melts. Healthy pizza is ready to eat.
