Preparation of beans to soften for it to be edible is done first ; boil for about 2 hours while checking to make sure it softens

Prepare the onions and tomatoes by chopping the to small pieces for frying.

Measure water twice the amount of rice; about 600 grams of water and heat to boiling then add 1 tablespoonful cooking oil

Add the rice to the boiling water cover with lid and heat gently until the rice softens and there is no more moisture in the food

Fry the beans once done with softening it, use the remaining cooking oil (1 tablespoonful) brown the onions then tomatoes to get a smooth paste

Add the beans to the pan and ensure it is well mixed add a little water and salt to get soup then heat for 10 minutes.

Serve the food and enjoy the meal
