Steps

Beat eggs till fluffy.

Dry grind the coconut, green chilly, onions and the cumin seeds and mix it along with the eggs.

Add salt and beat the eggs once again so that the salt is distributed evenly.

Heat the kuzhi paniyaaram Pan and pour oil in to each kuzhi.
- 5
Then, pour in the egg mixture and cook it for about 1.5 minutes.

Turn it to the other side and cook it till done.
