My parents always made this when we went camping! Grew up eating this, it will never get old!
Cooking Instructions

turn stove on medium high heat
- 2
use as many of each vegetables as you wish and wash all vegetables and set in big pot and add the sausage.

cover vegetables with water, about an inch or so over vegetables
- 4
let it come to a boil and boil for 10 minutes then turn heat down and cover with lid and continue to cook for about an hour.

My in-laws (who are farmers) send us tons of corn on the cob every year.Since it's fresh and in season, it tastes delicious when boiled and seasoned simply with salt, but we always look forward to cooking it with rice.The cobs add really good flavor to rice when cooked together.
