I watched Donna Hay make this on her televised cooking show. I tried my hand at it. This dish is very aromatic and flavourful!

In a large put of boiling water, cook the spaghetti till it is al dente. Drain and keep aside. There is no need to save any pasta water. PS: You can add 1 tbsp of white oil to the water to ensure that the spaghetti doesn't stick.

Heat up a large non-stick pan, and add butter.

After it melts, add in the garlic. Turn the heat to medium, and wait for the garlic to slightly change colour.

Now add in the chilli flakes, parsley, and prawns. Sauté for 2 mins.

Pour in the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Finally add the spaghetti into this flavoured butter sauce.

Toss everything around. Adjust salt according to taste.

Turn the stove off. Serve immediately!
