Make a past of Ginger, Garlic and Green Papaya. Add Masala Mix and rub it all the meat. Marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. After 4 hours take meat out and let it warm up to room temperature.

Soak lentils in water for half hour. Rince in cold water. Cook lentils in 4 cups of water and masala mix and salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mts covered (until lentils are done). Add more water if necessary.

Add meat to lentils and let simmer on slow heat. Cook slice onions in pan until dark brown. Add onions to Lentils and Meat and serve.
