Remove the bread crust and cut each bread slice into 4 pieces or even smaller cubes

In a bowl add the powders,salt,finely chopped onions,chillies and leaves

Add water to the mixture to a medium consistency. Make sure its not too watery or too thick

Heat Oil in a kadai

Dip each of the cut bread fingers to the mixture and fry them till it turns golden brown
- 6
Serve garma garam with ketchup or mint chutney
