I don't know his many Spartans I have on here but a whole back they were talking about the benefits of ginger. They then posted a gluten free ginger ale recipe so I gave it a shot. It turned out to be a very refreshing drink that I will make again.

Ingredients

5 mins
1 serving
  1. 2in slice of fresh ginger
  2. 1 1/4lemon
  3. 1 tbsphoney
  4. 12 ozcarbonated water ( i only had tonic water )

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop ginger and lemon then add into blender.

    Add carbonated water and honey

  3. 3

    Blend until consistent

  4. 4

    Drain through cheese cloth or whatever you can use to extract pulp

  5. 5

    Add ice and enjoy

Read the reviews on the flavor. So I asked a friend and they said grate the ginger. Nice flavor that way.
