I don't know his many Spartans I have on here but a whole back they were talking about the benefits of ginger. They then posted a gluten free ginger ale recipe so I gave it a shot. It turned out to be a very refreshing drink that I will make again.

2in slice of fresh ginger
1 1/4lemon
1 tbsphoney
12 ozcarbonated water ( i only had tonic water )

Finely chop ginger and lemon then add into blender.

Add carbonated water and honey

Blend until consistent

Drain through cheese cloth or whatever you can use to extract pulp

Add ice and enjoy

I just know what I like and know what its good for me and my family. I'm open to any suggestions and recommendations and please do enjoy what I can think of and tell me of any alterations you might come up with I may try.
