Preheat oven 170° and grease and line a cake tin.

Combine butter, lemon rind, chocolate, sugar and milk in a sause pan and stir over at medium heat util it is smooth.

Transfer this mixture to large bowl for approx 15 minutes to cool to room temp.

Sift flour and baking powder and pour over the butter mixture and then stir in egg one by one to this.

Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin bake for approx 1 hour.

The cake is ready to serve.
