Lazy Bananas
What you will need is:

He cut the bananas with the peel on, right in the middle and halved it again and made mini-banana boats

Then he heated the non-stick pan, and buttered the bananas. Next the bananas went face down on the pan (flesh facing down). He left them there for a while till it got reasonably brown. Both the smell of butter and bananas were amazing :)

Once it was browned to his satisfaction, he put it on a plate, sprinkled brown sugar and then the grated coconut. It was then served to me
