My family eats a lot of salmon because its so much more healthier than a lot of meat, so as soon as mum said she was coming to visit, I told K that we were making salmon for sunday lunch. As you probably already know, Sunday lunches are big in our house, I like to cook a nice fancy meal that we can indulge in after go to church in the morning.  Hope you enjoy this

Ingredients

  1. 2 ClovesGarlic
  2. cansRosemary Springs2
  3. to tasteSalt Pepper and
  4. 2Salmon fillets

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 200C/425F

  2. 2

    Place the salmon fillet, skin side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  3. 3

    Season with all the ingredients: cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Cook in the oven for 12mins or until the salmon is cooked and flaky

  5. 5

    I served the salmon with a fresh salad, some hummus, baba ghanoush, mint sauce, buttered asparagus and carrots, couscous and pita bread. It was one filling meal! :)

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US.
