  • 500 gmstomato blanch and chopped
  • 250 gmsPumpkin grated
  • 150 gmssugar
  • 100 gmsfresh cream
  • badam for garnish

    In a deep pan add sugar, when sugar will desolve add pumkin and cook till soft

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes

  3. 3

    Cook well

  4. 4

    Add cream

  5. 5

    Reduce heat and cook till dry

  6. 6

    Keep in fridge till cold and serve with badam
