Ingredients

30 mins
2-serving
  • 4 - 5 notomatoes
  • 2cinnamon
  • 2cardmom
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2 - 3 tspsginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 3 - 4green chilli
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 cupmint leaves
  • 2 tspsonion paste
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tspchicken masala sakthi
  • 5 - 6 tspsoil
  • 2 tspslemon juice

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat the pressure cooker add oil, cinnamon, cardmom, green chilli, mint leaves and bay leaf fry it

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and tomato fry it till the oil comes out.

  3. 3

    Add all masala and salt to it

  4. 4

    Add water and coconut milk, lemon juice and leave it to boiling point

  5. 5

    Add the soaked and washed rice to it and close it with lid

  6. 6

    Leave it to 2 whistles

  7. 7

    Serve it with raita and  salad
