Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 6large mason jars
  2. 2 headlettuce
  3. 2 headgreen leaf lettuce
  4. 2English cucumbers
  5. 1 packagescherry tomatoes
  6. 1red onion
  7. 2 cupgrilled chicken (optional)
  8. 1 packagesbaby carrots
  9. 1your choice of salad dressing
  10. 1 bunchfresh spinach

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash out jars and add 1/4 cup dressing to the bottom

  2. 2

    Add all you crunchy veggies first. Carrots, onions etc..

  3. 3

    Add all the rest of you ingredients using lettuce last. Pack it tightly.

  4. 4

    Top with your choice of meat, chicken or turkey.

  5. 5

    Seal jar tightly. Do not turn upside-down until your ready to serve.

  6. 6

    When your ready to serve, turn jar upside-down and shake so dressing mixes throughout jar. These will keep for a week in the refrigerator. Each jar is 2 servings.
