Make Ahead Mason Jar Salads
These are great to have during the summer, also when your watching your intake. Light and crispy for up to a week.
Steps

Wash out jars and add 1/4 cup dressing to the bottom
- 2
Add all you crunchy veggies first. Carrots, onions etc..
- 3
Add all the rest of you ingredients using lettuce last. Pack it tightly.

Top with your choice of meat, chicken or turkey.
- 5
Seal jar tightly. Do not turn upside-down until your ready to serve.
- 6
When your ready to serve, turn jar upside-down and shake so dressing mixes throughout jar. These will keep for a week in the refrigerator. Each jar is 2 servings.
