Mushroom Capsicum Pepper Fry
Spicy and a yummy starter :)
Steps

Heat oil in a pan

Once hot add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Do not burn

Add sliced onions, green chillies, Curry leaves and saute for about 3 minutes

Add capsicum and saute on medium high for 4 to 5 minutes tossing constantly so that they don't get burnt

Add mushrooms, close the lid and cook until soft and cooked
- 6
Stir once in a while if there is any liquid and cook till all the liquid gets absorbed

Add balck pepper powder, salt and give it a nice mix.

Turn off the flame and add lemon juice if required.
