Yum! Made this as my breakfast this morning by throwing together any fruits I had on hand and other healthy things that would go well with it.

I originally had a similar bread at Kobeya Restaurant which I loved and decided to recreate it. The Kobeya version is somewhat greasier and richer than my version, but in my opinion, as for the orange color and taste, it's close enough. I have experimented a number of times and came up with this recipe.The dough will rise well, so you might need to use a larger mold. Recipe by Osshosan

This bottle of Mamajuana has been in my home for about a year now. Every time it runs out, we just add some more rum or whiskey to it and let it sit for a few days to absorb the flavours in the bottle! its like a bottomless bottle of Mamajuana! You cant get this anywhere so I suggest bringing back a bottle next time you go on Vacay if you cant find it in your local liquor store. Enjoy!
