Pre heat oven to 400. In your casarole dish pour the bag of cubed potatoes in and lightly drizzle them with olive oil. Dash with salt and pepper

Every 15 min stir the potatos Cook for 50 to 60 min depending on potatos chucks size.

Cook your bacon to be crispy when the potatos cook. Then when they are cooked add the cheddar cheese to top and stir 1/2 bag into the potatos and use the full bag for top. Crinkle the bacon and sprinkle it on top and then sprinkle the green scallions over top. Cook and additional 10 min or until cheese is melted and enjoy :)
