Slice idlis into even sized pieces. Chop onion and capsicum in to large sized bites. chop green chillies finely. Heat 1 tbsn oil in a flat pan.Add the idly pieces and saute till they turn golden brown. Take out the idlis.Add 1 tbsn of oil in the same pan.Add ginger garlic green chillies and onion and saute.Add tomato sauce soy sauce vinegar sugar and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.Add few teaspoons of water if the gravy is thick.Add choppped springonion capsicum.
