Place the pan on stove and add oil.

Keep tadka ingredients urdal,mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves, redchillies,hing, fry it for 2 to 3mins.

Now add finely chopped raw banana, carrot,green chillies and salt.stir it for 2mins and palce the lid on the pan and cook it 10mins in low or medium flame.

Once, the veggies are cooked..keep grated coconut, stir it nicely. simple and easy fry is ready for your lunch box :)
