Ingredients

30 mins
3-serving
  • chicken leg
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoonschilli powder
  • 1egg
  • bunchcurry leaves
  • bunchcoriander leaves
  • 1 \ 2 cupsbread crumb
  • water as needed
  • to tastesalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    First marinate the chicken in water chill I powder,ginger garlic paste,salt  for 1 hr

  2. 2

    After one hour remove chicken from water and place it in a tray

  3. 3

    In another bowl add egg,chilli powder'ginger garlic paste,salt, corianderleaves, curry leaves mix well and keep a side

  4. 4

    In another bowl mix maida,bread curmbs,salt  mix well and keep a side

  5. 5

    Take the marinated chicken dip in the egg mixture then in maida mixture and keep it in a plate

  6. 6

    Now deep fry the chicken till it is golden brown.

For one reason, my whole outlook on the art of cooking changed. I admit that I was not entirely thrilled at the prospect of learning to cook. All I knew of the art was exhausting hours of standing in front of a stove to cook some boring entree I didn’t even like. I later learned how far that was from the truth. I now find cooking to be enjoyable.I learned to cook well. Anybody can follow a recipe, but knowing how to make something delicious is not so simple.Whenever I am in the kitchen cooking something I always feel great. I love to cook with my mom and make different foods. After I make the food, I love to share it with my friends and family.
