In a bowl add all the ingredients.

Mix it well with water to form batter.

Heat enough oil in a pan.

Put the batter either with tea spoon or with hand to fry.

Fry till it turns golden brown in colour.

Drain out in a tissue paper (so that the extra oil is absorbed in tissue).

Serve hot with tea.
