In a Bowl add Maida, baking powder and baking soda mix it properly

In Separate bowl add condense milk, oil, milk, orange juice, vanilla essence and grated carrot mix it together

Mix both the mixture without getting any lumbs.  Grease the Cake Mould with butter and put cake mixture in it.  

Bake it in 180 degree for 45 minutes.
