The Lazy Bread Burji

Bread and omlette has been our quick sunday morning breakfast at home before going to church, and has been a ritual ever since I can recollect memories. Giving this meal, a slight twist and making it a fun thing to relish :)

Bread and omlette has been our quick sunday morning breakfast at home before going to church, and has been a ritual ever since I can recollect memories. Giving this meal, a slight twist and making it a fun thing to relish :)
Steps
- 1
Get all the ingredients ready and the cutting and chopping done. The bread slices should be chopped into cubes.
- 2
In a wok, heat the vegetable oil and splutter the mustard and cumin seeds with the curry leaves. Then add in the garlic and onions with a sprinkle of salt and saute. Once the color fades, add the tomato and coriander leaves and mix well.
- 3
Add the bread cubes and add the ghee and some pepper too. Then, break the eggs into the pan and mix well so as to coat the bread slices. Saute for a few minutes till the egg cooks and gets a slight crunch to it. Add in additional salt/pepper to your taste and serve hot.
