What does one do in this situation?? Give in or innovate? Well I have no choice but to think beyond, and I must say it has been one of the most successful innovations so far.
I now thoroughly enjoy my hot cups of tea with these guilt free savory bites! These crispies have the goodness of different grain flours which adds to the nutrition quotient, have used olive oil to bind the flours and baked them!!

Take a large bowl add to it all the flours, cumin, salt, red chili powder, baking powder, kasoori methi and mix well.

Add all the flours

Add the remaining ingredients

Add kasoori methi

Add olive oil, mix the dough once again.

Now add water part by part and knead to soft dough, take ½ tbsp of olive oil and coat the dough. Let is rest for 15 minute in the bowl, cover the bowl.

After 15 minutes, roll the dough to 2 mm thickness and cut in desired shape. In the mean time pre-heat the oven to 200 degree celsius

Roll out and cut in desired shape

Arrange the cuts on a baking tray brush them with olive oil and bake them for 18-20 minutes.

Brush with Olive oil

Once baked let them cool and enjoy!!
