Stuffed Chili Bajji

Wash and make dry long green chili. peel and mash boiled potato.

Roast fennel seeds cumin seeds and whole coriander in a pan for two minutes. cools down and crush coarsely in a mixing jar.

Add 2 tsp crushed powder in a mashed potatoes.

Add salt, green chili ginger paste, garam masala, sugar, aamchur powder. mix well. add chopped green coriander.

Take long, thick green chili. slit center. remove seeds. take besan and rice flour in a bowl.

Mix well. add salt, carom seeds and turmeric powder. add required water.make flowing consistency. add pinch of cooking soda.

Whisk well. heat oil in a Kadai. stuff potato stuffing in a green chili tightly.

Now dip in a besan batter and deep fry for 2 minutes. stir occasionally for both side. fry till golden brown. serve hot.

Enjoy stuffed green chili bhaji in this rainy season with tomato ketchup.
