Steps

In a kadai, dry roast black pepper, fennel seeds and jeera.

In a chopper, chop onions, garlic and ginger and green chillies
- 3
Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms.
- 4
Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera, hing and curry leaves.
- 5
Now add the chopped onions and dry spices. Add the mushrooms. Mix well, add little water and cover and cook till tender.

When done serve it with roti with lemon juice over it.
