Batti
My daughter loves to eat it so it's made every week
Steps
- 1
First knead a semi hard dough by adding wheat, ghee n salt.. U can add 1inch soda if u want instant batti...
- 2
I rest the dough for around 1hour so it itself rises...
- 3
Now heat the batti cooker n make round flat balls of dough around 10 to 15 balls at a time..n cover the batti cooker n check it after 10 minutes..
- 4
U will see the batti rises in size n take it out in serving bowl..
- 5
Crush the batti with tissue n add handful of ghee... serve it hot with spring onion veggies n dal..
Tips
If u want instant batti u can add soda to it .. if u don't add soda.. u must rest the dough to 1-2hour..
