Peel of the mango and extract the pulp.Set aside.

Finely chop the vegetables. Mix with salt.

Create a mixture of riceflour,urad dal powder and semolina with mango pulp.

Heat butter in a frying pan. Spread evenly. Add the pulp mixture on it.lower the flame and add chopped vegetables, curry leaves and mustard seeds. Put a lid on the frying pan.When one side i s cooked properly open the lid and turn over the mixture.

Once the other side is cooked remove from flame and serve with your favourite chutney.
