This is way of cooking that conserves the nutrients and its very simple to use prepare. I used to boil it first but i realized that boiling it then cooking it looses the nutrients.

This is way of cooking that conserves the nutrients and its very simple to use prepare. I used to boil it first but i realized that boiling it then cooking it looses the nutrients.
Steps

Wash the kunde leaves and cut them to small pieces.

Heat oil and fry the onions which have been chopped. Fry till slightly brown.

Add tomatoes and cook till soft then add kunde. Add baking powder immediately.

Then stir and mix then add a little water and put to boil for a maximum of 30 minutes till soft.
- 5
Serve with Ugali.
