Cooking Instructions

Mix grated onions, kairi and jaggery.

Add salt in it and give it a nice mix.

For Tempering:- Heat oil in a pan now add rai, heeng, haldi and red chili powder. Add this tempering over the above mix.

Mix everything very well.

Chutney is ready to serve.

You can preserve it for 10 days in refrigerator.

Serve it with paratha's, thepla, simple butter roti, Bhakari, khichadi.
