Mango Raita

This my first recipe here in cookpad after I migrated from cucumber town.. So I thought of keeping it simple..
Here is why I landed up preparing this raita.. Had bought raw mangoes to prepare jam but for some reasons I couldn't prepare it and the mangoes were ripe soon.. So had to finish them in one or the other way.. And tadaa raita was prepared to accompany with my Palak khichid..
By not elobertaing it more I will share my recipe with you..

Chop mango into cubes and keep aside

Take a bowl and beat curd.. Add sugar and salt and mix well

Now add the chopped mango and mix gently.. Keep some cubes for garnish

Now take a kadai and heat oil, add Rai, jeera, hing, green chillies and curry leaves and prepare tadka..

Now put the tadka on the mango curd mixture.. Sprinkle some jeera powder and put tadka on top..

Garnish with leftover mango cubes and fresh coriander leaves and serve with your favourite rice or eat as it is..

NOTE You can adjust the spices according to your taste buds. You can also sprinkle some red chilli powder and chat masala to enhance the taste
