Ingredients

  1. 1garoupa fish
  2. 3garlic (chopped)
  3. 1ginger (sliced)
  4. 1red eye chilli (sliced)
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. 2 tbspShaoxing wine
  8. 1 tspsesame oil
  9. 1 tbspfish sauce
  10. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  11. Spring onion (sliced)

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Heat the pan, put all of ingredients in (except for the fish).

  3. 3

    Take an aliminium foil, lay the fish on, then pour the sauce on it. Steam for 20 minute.
