  • 1 packetchicken wings
  • 4green capsicum
  • leavescoriander
  • 2tomatoes
  • oil for derp frying
  • salt

Steps

1 hr 30 mins
  1. 1

    Deep fry the chicken wings with salt.

  2. 2

    In another cooking pan, add tomato and onions then heat until the mixture is well mixed. Add the chicken wings, coriander leaves and sliced capsicum

  3. 3

    Stir to mix well then let it cook for 20-30 minutes..remove from heat and serve
