Put a pan on gas..heat ghee n add nuts n makhana saute for a minute now add vermicily n roast it till it's get Brown...remove from gas n transfer into a plate..to allow to cool

Now boil d milk in thick heavy bottom pan in medium heat stir continuously....after it becom boiling low s flame n cook for more 10-15 minute..now add vermicily n roasted nuts n Cook for 3-4minute with lid,add sugar n cook until suger gets melt in this,Now add cardamom powder mix well switch off the flame.. let it cool

Add 1 cup of fresh beated crm n keep this in refrigerator for an hour &served chilled Eid garnishing of raisins n nuts
