Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1eggplant
  • 1tomato
  • Some parsley
  • Some dill
  • 1green pepper without seed or bell pepper
  • As neededolive oil
  • oven bag if needed or foil
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2crashed black pepper
  • 1/2Ts tumeric
  • 1/2kashmir pepper
  • Mix spice (coriander, cumin, ginger)
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1 pieceginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Make whole in eggplant put it oven bag on 250 for 20 to 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add all the spice with olive oil or other oil (canola).

  3. 3

    Add parsley and dill mix them with spice.

  4. 4

    Cut the tomato and add it.

  5. 5

    Romove seed from pepper and cut it.

  6. 6

    Get the eggplant out cut it in to small pieces.

  7. 7

    Add the eggplant to mix then put it over heat in the pan.

  8. 8

    Until the mix is soften.

  9. 9

    Put it in serving plat with bread add lemon juice decorated with kashmiri powder.
