Scrambled eggs with ugali

Break the eggs in a bowl

Add in the the chopped onions and cook until soft.

Then add in the the tomatoes and cook untill soft.

Add the beaten eggs and stir continuously until it starts to form lumps.

Continue stirring. Add in salt to taste

Cook for 10 minutes. Then serve with ugali. I added a little meat stew and it tasted very nice.
