Chop up all vegetables into smaller pieces

In a large skillet, saute vegetables with olive oil, adding salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic to mixture

In a medium skillet, cook veggie chicken strips, also adding salt, pepper, and garlic

After veggie chicken strips are cooked, add them to vegetables mixture and keep warm

Warm up hoagie buns using the oven and cook until lightly toasted, adding provolone cheese near the end in order to melt the cheese

Add the prepared mixture of goodness to the hoagie buns
