1 kgsour mielie miele
1 kgking corn
500 gbrown sugar

Mix 2litre water and 1kg sour maize mielie and 500g king corn keep for one day

Boil 5litre water add the mixture and cook like porridge

When cold add 500g king korn and brown sugar

When theres form strain it

Then ready to drink
