Ingredients

1 Roll
  • 3bowls cooked rice
  • 1egg
  • 2 tablespoonred ginger
  • 1/2red bell pepper
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • 2-3 tablespoonSakura Denny (dried fish flake stained pink)
  • 2 sheetsNori
  • 1 tablespoonSushinoko(Sushi vinegar powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Sushi powder with cooked rice. And put Sakura Denbu to 1 bowl of sushi rice.

    Fry egg and shred fried egg. Cut cucumber and mince bell pepper.

    Cut Nori

    Put ingredients like photos

    Red ginger

    Roll very tightly with hands.

    Roll over tightly.

    Stick 1/2 and 1/4 Nori sheets with rice and put white sushi rice on it.
