Steps

Chop the tomatoes and onion separately. add cooking oil in a sufuria and heat. then add onions to cook till golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook for a while. then add tomato paste. add little water for soup.

Dip the fish and add salt and royco.

Cover and let it cook for 15 mins
