Put oil in a sufuria, add the onions and capsicum and cook until golden brown and the capsicum seed starts to spart and then add tomatoes and cook till soft.

Add salt and boiled beans then stir. for soup add alittle water. Then dissolve royco in 1/4 cup of water and add inside the stewing beans. stir.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes. then serve with ugali, rice or chapati.
