  • 2large chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoonroyco
  • to tastesalt
  • 3 tablespooncooking oil
  • 1/4 kgcooked maize and beans

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria.

  2. 2

    Add onions and fry to golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash.

  4. 4

    Add salt then put soft cooked maize and beans stir.

  5. 5

    Dissolve royco in a cup of water then add. Let it cook.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
