Peel the 8 large potatoes

Wash and slice the potatoes into your desired size

Heat the oil in a pan/ sufuria/ fryer

Add the sliced potatoes to the already hot oil and moderate the heat to avoid burning your chips and oil spillage

Cook for ten minutes and then drain the excess oil from your chips and plate

Peel, wash your bulb onion and slice it

Cut the leafy of the onion,wash and cut the leafs into small pieces

Wash your dhania, capsicum and tomatoes and cut them into small pieces

Beat the four eggs into a bowl(beat each egg separately)

Mix all your ingredients into the bowl with eggs, add salt and mix

Using a non stick pan, put two spoons of oil and heat

After two minutes add the ingredients in the bowl to the pan

Cook for six minutes turning after three minutes to ensure both sides of the egg are cooked

Add your cooked egg to the already plated chips and serve
