Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz)Galbani(thicker) ricotta cheese
  • 1 (5 oz)ricotta cheese
  • 2 (10 oz)bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cupfeta cheese
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 boxesstuff shells
  • 2 (25 oz)jar Prego Chunky Garden italian sauce
  • 1 lbground italian sausage

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown italian sausage and drain grease. mix with pasta sauce and set to simmer.

  2. 2

    Boil noodles al dente. Don’t overcook or they will tear easily

  3. 3

    Remove stems from broccoli heads(they can tear through the noodles). chops heads finely.

  4. 4

    Mix ricotta, feta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, broccoli and black pepper

  5. 5

    Take heated sauce and spoon light layer into bottom of casserole dish.

  6. 6

    Place stuffed shells and cover bare noodles with sauce to keep them moist while baking. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the top.

  7. 7

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
