We like our breadsticks well-baked, crispy, and thin, so I shape them into sticks. I didn’t add any salt because I used soft cheeses and 2 tablespoons of grated mizithra cheese (highly recommended). Combine all the liquids in a bowl, then add the grated carrot, cheeses, and spices. Mix with a fork, then add all the flour. Knead until the dough is smooth, then let it rest for 5 minutes.

Shape the dough into sticks or your preferred shape and thickness.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with convection. Place the sticks on the middle rack and bake for about 15 minutes.
